Job Summary
Technician at NSM responsible for servicing, assembling, and delivering mobility equipment including wheelchairs and positioning systems. Executes service calls across multiple environments (branch, field, clinic, schools, care homes), assembles seating and related accessibility equipment per factory/clinical specs, maintains inventory for custom and stock items, and delivers equipment per leadership directions with fit/instruction and customer service. Provides technical support to Rehab Technology Specialist as needed. Requires mechanical aptitude, ability to lift 50 pounds (with or without accommodation), and a valid driver’s license. Education requirement: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
