TECHNICIAN, MTB FINISHED GOODS

Job Summary
Lead FG day-to-day operations, including personnel, to meet KPIs and SAP-based processes (inbound/outbound shipments, EOD reporting, SAP/PGI, SOX compliance). Perform inbound shipment validation, UAT for S4 HANA transition, and process improvements such as CAPA. Optimize storage bin utilization, coordinate with IT/vendors for PM and tool maintenance, and manage cycle counts and audits. Must have a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of frontline leadership in warehouse/logistics, with strong knowledge of receiving, put-away, picking, outbound shipments, and inventory accuracy. Flexible to shift schedules and able to work in a semiconductor manufacturing environment. Located in Taichung, Taiwan.
Required Qualifications
- Shift Technician
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related discipline; semiconductor manufacturing background is highly preferred
- Minimum 3 years of people leadership experience in warehouse/FGs, manufacturing logistics, or material management operations
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, including inbound receiving, put-away, picking, outbound shipment, inventory accuracy, cycle count, and material flow supporting manufacturing lines
