Job Summary
Respond to guest repair requests and communicate with guests to resolve maintenance issues. Perform preventive maintenance on tools and kitchen and mechanical room equipment, including cleaning and lubrication. Visually inspect tools and equipment; operate shut-offs; manage inventory and requisition parts. Communicate daily activities to other shifts; demonstrate knowledge in HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, carpentry, kitchen equipment, landscaping, and general building systems. Perform surface prep, painting, drywall/wood trim repair, and basic A/C filter replacement. Test and troubleshoot equipment including electrical components, and program TVs. Use Lockout/Tagout; maintain safety and company policies. Interact with guests professionally, support team goals, and adhere to quality standards. Move and lift objects up to 50 pounds; navigate stairs and ladders; use computers for scheduling. Possess Driver’s License and educational background as stated.
