Job Summary
Assist in the installation and qualification of manufacturing equipment, troubleshoot day-to-day manufacturing issues, identify and implement system improvements that contribute to throughput, yield and product performance goals. Responsibilities include applying statistical tools to analyze data, monitoring production lines for quality, responding to SPC alarms to maintain process control, following PM procedures, and developing/maintaining process documentation. Requires knowledge of electrical/electronic and mechanical systems, ability to train production personnel, and collaboration with internal and supplier teams; travel up to 10% and potential shift variations on campus are expected.
Required Qualifications
- Education/Experience as described in job posting
- High School Diploma or equivalent with experience
- Associate’s degree with experience
- Bachelor’s degree in technical discipline with experience
- Ability to troubleshoot electrical/electronic and mechanical systems
- Familiarity with SPC and process control
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Safety protocols compliance
- Communicate in English (written and oral)
