Technician Manager

Oversee installation operations for residential and light commercial HVAC, including dispatching, material ordering, truck and tool inventory, and warehouse organization for all installation jobs. Ensure job packet accuracy and documentation, approve crew assignments, conduct pre-inspections, and assist with product selection and pricing. Manage inventory and material usage, track unused materials for return or reuse, and maintain warehouse and truck stock levels. Enforce safety and quality standards through regular inspections and monthly safety meetings. Coordinate permitting and regulatory compliance, monitor departmental budget and job costs, oversee scrap recycling, and develop/train team members with scheduling and development plans. Participate in hiring and workforce planning to support departmental growth, while upholding brand and professional standards and ensuring a safe, respectful work environment.
