Technician Manager

Job Summary
Lead and supervise a team of technicians, providing direction and ensuring high-quality work and safety; oversee daily operations, assign tasks, and ensure maintenance, repairs, and servicing are completed on time; manage projects for fleet, prototype builds, and test requests to keep the team productive; enforce a safe, clean, and compliant shop; continuously optimize technician processes for productivity and minimal downtime; collaborate with multiple engineering teams to support building and testing prototypes.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in an engineering/technician department with a proven track record of leading teams
- leadership experience in a technical setting
- experience in trucking, logistics, or automotive industries is a plus
- strong problem-solving and troubleshooting能力
- strong communication skills with technicians, leadership, and external vendors
- commitment to safety and regulatory compliance
