Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Associate’s degree in a technical field preferred
- 6 months First Solar manufacturing experience or 6 months of outside manufacturing, mechanical, or agricultural experience
- Military experience
- Graduate from vocational High School with no experience required
