Job Summary
Perform light-duty maintenance services including oil changes, air filter replacements, tire rotations, fluid checks, and inspections. Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and communicate potential future maintenance needs to customers. Accurately follow manufacturer specifications and service procedures while meeting productivity standards in a busy environment. Maintain a clean workspace, adhere to safety protocols, and ensure customer satisfaction through professional, courteous service. Own set of tools required; valid driver's license and basic computer skills for service records necessary. Reports to Service Manager.
