Job Summary
Inspect all equipment rooms and facilities using predefined checklists to identify problems and ensure smooth daily operations. Execute repairs and technical recommendations for client equipment fixes while coordinating with vendors for immediate maintenance needs. Accelerate equipment moves, adds, and changes implementation while strictly adhering to local governmental rules and regulations. Walk duty technicians through weekend work plans and provide clear instructions for reporting issues and resolving malfunctions.
Required Qualifications
- Certified to do electrical or mechanical repair
- Experience in a facilities and maintenance role
- Ability to clearly report issues and problems
- Ability to provide clear instruction to repair bugs and malfunctions
- Good communication skills—both written and spoken
- Knowledge of local governmental rules and regulations
