Job Summary
Lithium Batteries Technician to join Sunlight Group's After Sales team in Athens. Responsibilities include performing repair and maintenance on Li-ion products and chargers, providing global technical support to partners and customers (remote and on-site), managing and following up on customer claims, monitoring product performance, preparing technical reports and KPI-based documentation, collaborating with R&D/QC and other departments to support continuous product improvement, delivering technical training to partners and customers, and managing spare parts processes. Requirements: degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field; 1–2 years in a Field Service Engineer or similar role; hands-on troubleshooting, testing, maintenance, and repair experience; energy/battery sector experience is a plus; proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP systems; good English; willingness to travel internationally. Required Qualifications
