Job Summary
Line Service Technician at Modern Aviation responsible for safe, efficient aircraft ground handling and ramp operations including fueling, towing, parking, de-icing, and basic cleaning; operate ground support equipment; ensure timely, compliant service delivery; maintain ramp awareness and safety; deliver professional customer service to aircraft owners, guests, and flight crews; communicate clearly with teammates and leadership; must be at least 18, have a valid driver’s license, and be available for variable shifts including nights/weekends; predictive index assessment required.
Required Qualifications
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods
- Open availability including evenings and weekends
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of aircraft servicing practices preferred
