Job Summary
Fuel, tow, park, de-ice, and clean aircraft while operating ground support equipment in accordance with safety standards. Maintain continuous ramp awareness for aircraft movement, FOD prevention, and weather changes, performing duties with minimal supervision. Greet passengers and flight crews with high energy, anticipate needs, and represent the company professionally to all stakeholders. Work variable shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays, standing or walking for extended periods while handling frequent manual tasks. Complete a required behavioral assessment before applying.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have open availability as work schedules vary, including evenings and weekends
- Valid driver's license
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong mathematical aptitude
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time
- Physical capability to perform frequent bending, reaching, and manual tasks
- Must meet physical demands associated with ramp operations
- Able to work variable shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer
Desired Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of aircraft types and aircraft servicing practices preferred
