Job Summary
Technician 1 responsible for preventive maintenance and repairs on a variety of equipment including aerial work platforms, generators, pumps, HVAC and oil & gas equipment. Build skills across multiple makes/models, with a path toward a service or operations-management career. Work in a safety-focused environment with an incredible team, flexible to location needs. Must rely on knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems, perform troubleshooting, and be able to lift 50 pounds. On-site role at Port Charlotte, FL, with an emphasis on safety, customer service, and hands-on technical work; extensive on-the-job training and competitive benefits are provided.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 to 3 years technician experience with diesel equipment or heavy construction equipment
- Knowledge of hydraulic systems and troubleshooting fundamentals
- Knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting fundamentals
- Ability to lift 50 pounds or more
