Technician

Conduct on-site facility maintenance and troubleshoot electrical, HVAC, lighting, and security systems within the Kunshan campus. Perform daily inspections, log operational status and maintenance records, and coordinate with vendors to resolve equipment failures and emergency repairs. Manage 12-hour rotating shifts while ensuring all systems remain functional for office personnel. Requires a low-voltage electrician license, 3+ years of comprehensive repair experience, and ability to interpret technical schematics.
