Job Summary
Technician Intern supports maintenance enhancements, Lean-driven process improvements, and operations with hands-on experience in maintenance systems, troubleshooting, automation, engineering documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives to improve equipment reliability and operational excellence; responsibilities include applying Lean methodologies, collecting and analyzing maintenance data, performing preventive and corrective maintenance, assisting with installation and commissioning of electrical, electronic, mechanical, and pneumatic equipment, and documenting schematics and maintenance records.
Required Qualifications
- Solid foundation in mechanical/Electrical principles
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Hands-on aptitude with mechanical hand tools and measuring equipment
- Positive attitude towards learning and adhering to workplace safety standards
