Job Summary
Perform skilled maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting on MEP systems, including electrical repairs up to 480 volts, plumbing fixture replacements, and HVAC service. Conduct preventive maintenance, inspect equipment for operating conditions, and assist with system installations, remodels, and upgrades. Maintain accurate documentation of repairs and parts usage while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Provide support and informal guidance to junior staff. Requires a Universal 608 card, Jackson Rancheria Gaming License, and Class C driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced level experience in the mechanical, electrical, plumbing technical functions
- Able to obtain & maintain a Jackson Rancheria Gaming License
- Class C driver license
- Vehicle insurable through Jackson Rancheria's Agent
- Universal 608 card/certification
- Understanding of advanced principles of Freon, refrigeration and heating concepts
- Has a working knowledge of boiler systems
- Maintains, adjusts and makes minor repairs to elevator systems
