Job Summary
Hands-on Lab Specialist for the Force Haptic and Systems team to conduct sample characterization and post-qualification tests across multiple lots and temperatures, maintain organized test samples and data for on-demand retrieval, and keep testers operating with over 95% uptime. Responsible for learning and executing calibration procedures and preventive maintenance, and raising maintenance needs as needed to sustain performance. Requires 5+ years of lab testing experience and a high school diploma or above; preferred engineering degree in electrical engineering and strong data-consolidation skills. The role focuses on NPI product characterization, data organization, tester operation, and maintenance to support product development and qualification efforts.
Required Qualifications
