Technician III

Technician III is responsible for preventative maintenance across vehicle systems, performing advanced diagnosis and repairs, supervising and training other technicians, and ensuring task completion. The role covers inspecting orders for quality, performing routine maintenance (oil changes, lubrications, filter replacements), repairing/relining brakes, troubleshooting suspension systems (including Hendrickson systems), electrical systems, exhaust, air conditioning, PTOs, and custom exhausts; engine overhauls for diesel and gasoline engines; fuel tanks, trailers, fifth wheels, pintle hooks, and frames; welding on aluminum and steel; and reviewing service stories to determine required tasks. The position requires delivering safe, high-quality workmanship, maintaining a clean workspace, and providing training on company procedures. The environment is a non-climate controlled shop, with emphasis on safety and customer service.
