Job Summary
Repair and maintenance of commercial laundry equipment; troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment; conduct preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance and longevity; collaborate with team members to address and resolve complex technical issues; perform regular inspections to identify potential equipment failures or safety hazards; maintain inventory of parts and equipment necessary for repairs and replacements; complete work orders and maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance, and inspections; adhere to company safety regulations and procedures; stay up to date with industry developments and advancements in laundry technology.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Advanced knowledge and experience in the repair and maintenance of commercial laundry equipment
- Solid understanding of low and high pressure steam, electrical controls, and natural gas systems
- Experience working with various electrical and mechanical equipment
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to lift to 50 pounds
- Flexibility to work as scheduled, including weekends and holidays
