Job Summary
Coordinate shipments, prepare dispatch logs with routes and drop-offs, and maintain daily communication with drivers for routing updates. Perform visual transactions on shipments, prepare commercial bills of lading and IBSS paperwork, and ensure packaging specifications are followed per customer requirements. Assist crew members with loading shipments, manage workstation cleaning, and utilize automated systems for FedEx, UPS, and DHL. Requires forklift certification, ability to lift up to 70 lbs, and proficiency in MS Excel. This role supports efficient logistics operations within UCT's semiconductor supply chain in Phoenix East, AZ.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years Shipping Experience
- Certified to drive a forklift
- Proficient in MS Excel
- Ability to read and understand written procedures
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs
- Ability to exert up to 25 pounds of force occasionally
- Ability to exert up to 10 pounds of force frequently
- Ability to Talk on phone and use computer for extended periods of time
- Must be available for out of town travel depending upon assignment (training and meeting)
