Job Summary
Apply fertilizers, herbicides, and pest control products safely while following assigned routes to complete daily scheduled services. Diagnose lawn issues by evaluating grass health, soil quality, and pest problems to execute appropriate treatment plans. Operate and maintain application equipment such as sprayers and spreaders, ensuring proper calibration and performing routine maintenance. Provide professional customer interactions by answering service questions, educating clients on post-treatment best practices, and documenting complex concerns for the Service Manager. Submit daily logs, monitor inventory levels, and maintain required chemical application licenses.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to complete company-provided training on safety and chemical application practices
- Maintain certifications or licenses required for chemical application

- Previous experience in lawn care, landscaping, or chemical application
