Technician II

Perform visual inspection, testing, programming, hand soldering, assembly, troubleshooting, repair, and rework of printed circuit boards and electronic components to assure proper function of final product assemblies. Use bills of materials, schematics, engineering documentation, test fixtures, and electronic measurement equipment to inspect, test, troubleshoot, modify, and repair assemblies. Record resulting data in the ERP system and other reports. May develop test fixtures and procedures applicable to various test methods. Complete tasks as directed by production schedules with minimum supervision. Maintain prompt and regular attendance based on established work hours. Handle confidential information with tact and discretion.
