Job Summary
Technician II will perform core manufacturing activities to deliver high-quality products, including decontamination, material transfer, and equipment operation in strict alignment with SOPs and customer-specific requirements. The role involves performing PCR protocols and post-PCR cleanup, applying DNA repair techniques such as site-directed mutagenesis, and handling quantification, final packaging, and QC sampling of products. The position is on-site in Coralville, IA, with a Monday–Thursday schedule (6:00am–4:30pm). Essential skills include proficiency with a variety of lab equipment, adherence to work instructions, and a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Preferred background includes Life Science coursework or related experience.
Required Qualifications
- An associate degree in a science-related field and at least two years of lab experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
