Job Summary
Technician II responsible for delivering professional lawn care services including fertilizer, weed, and pest control applications. Duties include diagnosing lawn issues, executing treatment plans, operating and maintaining application equipment, following safety guidelines and state regulations, and providing friendly customer interactions. Role involves completing daily routes, documenting treatments, training on chemical application practices, maintaining certifications/licenses, and educating customers on lawn maintenance. Must be able to work outdoors in various weather, lift up to 50 lbs, and work independently or with a team.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Obtaining & maintaining applicator license(s) required by applicable state(s) if applicable
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to follow safety procedures and PPE
- Experience in lawn care, landscaping, or chemical application preferred but not required
