Job Summary
Apply fertilizers, herbicides, and pest control products safely while following state and federal regulations. Diagnose lawn issues by evaluating grass health, soil quality, and pest problems to execute treatment plans. Operate and maintain application equipment, including sprayers and spreaders, while performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting minor issues. Follow assigned routes to complete daily services on time and provide professional interactions with customers. Educate clients on best practices for lawn maintenance and document all treatments, chemical usage, and service logs. Submit daily reports to the Service Manager and monitor inventory levels to notify management of supply needs. Maintain required applicator licenses and adhere to all safety procedures and PPE guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to complete company-provided training on safety and chemical application practices
- Maintain certifications or licenses required for chemical application

- Previous experience in lawn care, landscaping, or chemical application
