Job Summary
Conduct preventative maintenance, routine repairs, and emergency fixes on equipment, machinery, structures, and electrical systems within the distribution center. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, controls, and networking issues using hand and power tools while managing conveyor and sortation systems. Perform daily inspections and repairs to ensure safe operation of automated facilities. Requires 2+ years of mechanical troubleshooting experience and ability to lift up to 70 lbs. Full-time 1st shift Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
Required Qualifications
- Mechanical/electrical/controls/networking troubleshooting
- Strong electrical, mechanical and mathematical abilities
- Welding, hand and power tools and electrical motors
- PC literacy/familiarity with Internet-based software and MS Office
- Ability to periodically lift up to 70 lbs
- 2+ years in mechanical troubleshooting, maintenance and/or installation
- Conveyor and/or sortation equipment experience
- Warehouse/distribution center background
