Job Summary
Interact with show and event customers to help connect their networks by transforming show schematics into real-life, well-connected setups. Monitor inventory and restock carts to ensure all tools are available for customer installations. Troubleshoot on-the-spot issues by proactively assisting with setup, maintenance, and teardown through color-coded testing of copper and fiber optic cables, installing jumpers, and patching as trained. Perform additional duties as assigned while maintaining professional presence and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment. This entry-level role supports Smart City's mission to enable connections for over 3,000 annual events at convention centers and major tradeshows nationwide.

- Must be willing to work evenings and weekends on occasion
