Job Summary
Conduct general sample management activities including inventory, service requests, disposal, and shipment preparation. Perform appropriate Watson LIMS transactions for sample movements and ensure correct storage location and condition of samples, including manipulation of Containment Level 2/Cytotoxic Study Material. Generate Study Material Watson Reports and assemble/scan samples for long-term storage while adhering to SOPs, GLPs, and GCPs. Participate in process improvement and manage reception, labeling, and storage of reference standard material. Requires high school degree, DEC or BAC, minimum six months of relevant experience, and fluency in French and English.
Required Qualifications
- High school degree completed
- DEC or BAC in a relevant field
- Minimum of 6 months of relevant experience
- Excellent communication skills in French and English
- Knowledge of FDA-GLP, GCP and TPD regulations
- Experience in the medical or pharmaceutical field
- Good organizational and interpersonal skills
- Attentive to details

- Works well within a team
- Software: Access, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Watson LIMS
- Ability to read and document study protocols in English
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of FDA-GLP, GCP and TPD regulations are an asset
