Job Summary
Certify and assist in training production operators; assist management with improving efficiency of manufacturing processes; make decisions on production holds to disposition lots; operate production equipment; initiate corrective action for process/equipment issues; perform routine checks and qualifications; calibrate machines; troubleshoot tool/product issues; write/modify operating specifications and progress reports; generate OCAP documents; document and update recipes; collect and analyze data; coordinate with multiple departments to ensure alignment; generate detailed shift passdowns for incoming teams and engineers; conduct experiments under engineer direction; collaborate with engineers on process/equipment changes; expected shift: Front Days (Sunday-Tuesday, every other Wednesday), 7am-7:12pm; mandatory skills include clear observation feedback, multitasking in high-paced environment, driving projects to completion, understanding semiconductor manufacturing practices, strong documentation, and effective communication with internal/external stakeholders. Preferred skills include ability to read technical journals/procedures, DOE experience, and programming/maintenance of automated manufacturing equipment; education/experience requirements include high school diploma or GED, AS degree or greater preferred, and 2+ years semiconductor manufacturing experience.
