Job Summary
Conduct quality process inspections per engineering work instructions, document results, and communicate rate deficiencies to management. Safely run machines or processes following prescribed routines while developing hand assembly and packaging skills. Report unsafe working conditions and ensure accurate entries in the computer time clock system. Achieve safety, quality, and production goals with accurate documentation audits and on-time delivery. Maintain personal learning and development goals while contributing to profit dollars.
Required Qualifications
- High School education or equivalent
- Can speak, understand and write English
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
- Evidence of meeting core production goals of quality, cost, delivery, and safety
- Has demonstrated accuracy of all required documentation to perform job
Desired Qualifications
- Up to 2 years manufacturing experience preferred
- medical manufacturing experience a plus
- With training, able to read and understand print drawings
- Proficient PC skills
- Good communication skills, written and verbal
- Detail oriented
- Positive attitude and a team player
