Job Summary
Under direct supervision, responsible for performing daily laboratory tasks related to molecular biology testing services, including reagent preparation (buffers, chemical solutions, media), aseptic techniques in a biosafety cabinet, laboratory equipment maintenance, and growth/manipulation of bacteria, yeast, virus, and mammalian cells. Conduct molecular biology experiments such as DNA/RNA isolation, PCR, QF-PCR, restriction endonuclease digestion, gel electrophoresis, blotting techniques, and sequencing; report results, analyze data, and document activities in accordance with cGMP and SOPs. Maintain a safe work environment, organize daily activities, and communicate findings across biological functional groups. Strong emphasis on data accuracy, recording, and compliance with GMP standards; familiarity with Microsoft Office is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) in Biology or related discipline
- 0-1 years related experience in biological lab
- Knowledge of cGMPs or regulatory affairs preferred
