Job Summary
Complete daily routes servicing lawns and ornamental landscapes, inspecting properties to diagnose turf and plant issues before applying fertilizers, herbicides, and pest control products safely. Communicate with customers to explain services, monitor treatment results, and ensure satisfaction while maintaining accurate service records and compliance documentation. Keep your vehicle, equipment, and tools in top condition. This role requires a valid driver's license with five years of experience, the ability to work independently outdoors in varying weather, and a strong work ethic. We offer competitive pay ranging from $18 to $21 per hour plus production and lead generation bonuses, along with a company vehicle and paid training to help you get licensed.
Required Qualifications
