Job Summary
Operate data/video projection systems, DCPs, and playback devices for 16/35/70mm, DVD, and Blu-ray designs while engineering sound reinforcement for music programs and performance art. Design and operate complex lighting and stage systems for theatrical or music presentations, and create audio-visual presentations for various museum events. Troubleshoot PowerPoint and other data presentations for all departments, organize video productions for web media and promotional use, and research updated audiovisual practices. Coordinate with museum departments, administration, and outside speakers to organize, set up, and display complete professional presentations. Maintain regular attendance and perform assigned special projects.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Film, Audio Visual, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience and/or training in concerts, theater, film, video, including lighting design and stage management
