Job Summary
Perform core aeration, overseeding, and lawn maintenance services on residential and commercial properties. Safely operate and maintain equipment such as aerators and spreaders while loading, unloading, and transporting materials to job sites. Assist in preparing lawns by clearing debris, maintaining accurate logs of work and products used, and communicating service details to clients. Follow all safety protocols, including proper PPE usage, and support team members to ensure efficient daily schedules. Complete required training in safety and chemical application protocols.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to work independently and efficiently manage assigned routes
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to complete company-provided training, including safety and chemical application protocols
