Job Summary
Follow direction from Lead Technicians to perform assigned tasks, including picking up and ordering materials, moving client contents, lifting and packing furniture, and hauling trash. Assist in maintaining company vehicles, restocking supplies, and completing time reporting paperwork. Attend safety briefings, wear required PPE, and adhere to safe work practices while operating basic hand tools. Work under direct supervision in field environments, including outdoor sites and hazardous conditions, with potential travel to job sites and out-of-town trainings.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to comprehend and apply basic safety protocols
- Physically fit to perform duties described above
- Ability to read and understand basic written instructions
- Possess dexterity, good sense of balance, good eye/hand coordination
- Use of good judgement works well under pressure
- Ability to communicate clearly and accurately to Lead Technician or Superintendent when necessary
- Ability to follow directions to perform work under direct supervision
- Approved Respirator physical and fit testing
- Ability to lift and carry materials or equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. regularly and up to 100lbs. with assistance
- Capacity to operate machinery and tools as required by job tasks
- Requirement for clear vision
- Ability to identify and immediately report any unsafe conditions, hazards, incidents or injuries to supervisors without fear of retaliation
- Familiarize yourself with emergency procedures relevant to your specific job site
- Work after hours and weekends given our 24/7 business operations
- May include travel to and from job sites, requiring the use of company and/or personal vehicles
