Job Summary
Maintain and repair Walmart facility refrigeration HVAC equipment using commercial skills, hand tools, and digital systems to complete repair work orders. Diagnose issues by inspecting and testing facilities, providing prompt responses to emergency maintenance calls. Ensure compliance with EPA and OSHA regulations while operating safely at heights and lifting up to 75 pounds. Requires Type I/Type II EPA certification, CO2 system experience, and 2 years in commercial refrigeration HVAC maintenance. Valid driver's license with clean record required.
Required Qualifications
- Type I/Type II or Universal Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Certification for Refrigerant handling
- 2 years' experience in commercial Refrigeration HVAC maintenance
- Large Scale Rack Refrigeration Experience
- Hold a valid state-issued driver's license with a clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) report
- 18 years or older
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds
- Must be able to move up and down ladders
- Must be comfortable working at heights frequently
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Must be able to effectively lead and coach others
