Technician

Perform restoration work for commercial properties, including on-location cleanup, packaging contents, HVAC cleaning, and deodorization of facilities. Assist with inventory of site contents, setup of emergency services equipment, and preparing contents for storage. Follow safety rules and use protective gear; operate routinely used tools and equipment; perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on assigned equipment. Communicate with management to report project status, updates, issues, or concerns; maintain a clean vehicle and equipment appearance; keep job-related reports updated per company guidelines. Travel up to 75%. Ideal candidate is dependable, professional, customer service oriented, with strong communication skills; experience in the commercial restoration field preferred; IICRC certification a plus. Requirements include ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods, ability to lift 50+ lbs, and passing a background check; valid driver’s license; bilingual ability a plus.
