Technician Hourly

Greet and assist customers in person and via phone while entering and filling prescriptions. Count, label, and package prescription drugs and supplies, then submit orders for third-party billing and troubleshoot issues. Assist with ordering, stocking, and maintaining inventory for medications and over-the-counter items. Perform general cleaning, store maintenance, and paperwork filing to keep the department professional. Learn to independently input patient data and medication orders while gaining knowledge of drug classes and front-end register functions. Adhere to all HIPAA standards, company policies, and employee conduct standards. Complete required training and continuing education.
