Job Summary
Monitor system alarms and logs per shift, perform daily operational verification, and handle fault calls while updating incident records in IPMS. Execute planned and preventive maintenance schedules, diagnose and rectify hardware or software faults, and replace components such as phones, line cards, and power supplies. Perform corrective maintenance work on a daily basis, implement modification and improvement works under supervision, and support cable fault investigations. Provide first-line and second-line technical support for the Airport Telephone System in a 24x7 shifty duty rotation.
Required Qualifications
- Certificate in computing and/or Electronics Engineering or other appropriate discipline
- At least 1 year technical support experience on the installation, operation and Maintenance services of IP Telephony/PABX system
- Experiences in supporting Huawei IP network infrastructure
- Experiences in supporting Microsoft Windows 10 & 11
- Spoken and written English and Chinese
Desired Qualifications
- Valid Hong Kong driving license (class 1, 2)
- Valid certificate of accessing to confined space which is recognized by HKSAR
- Valid certificate of accessing to construction site which is recognized by HKSAR
