Job Summary
Technician/handyman position for Ameritech Facility Services seeking a full-time, experienced jack-of-all-trades to travel regionally and assist clients with building repairs. Primary duties include carpentry with basic electrical, plumbing, roofing, concrete, stucco, fencing, asphalt, carpet and tile repairs, and following instructions to install or assemble by hand and with basic tools. Requires 5+ years of commercial construction experience (preferably in restaurant/retail), ability to travel 50-75% (out of state travel may be required), must have a truck, and possess good communication, time-management, and basic computer skills. Background check and professional appearance required.
