Job Summary
Conduct daily grounds maintenance at Juniper Springs Resort, including sweeping, scrubbing, and rinsing floors, trash removal, parking control, and managing spa and pool operations. Perform seasonal tasks such as snow removal in winter and gardening and irrigation in summer, working alongside Maintenance personnel in common areas and rental units. Handle minor building repairs and manage equipment within a 20-50 pound lifting range. Hourly pay ranges from $20.70 to $24.64. This role offers year-round employment with a free season pass for the employee and dependents at all Alterra Resorts.
Required Qualifications
- Some knowledge of minor repairs to buildings
