Job Summary
Coordinate with marketing, sales, customers, and printing personnel to create, design, and produce artwork meeting customer specifications. Test prototypes based on specifications and ensure accurate, on-time completion of high-quality design work using standard software. Meet and report on status of goals and metrics while making recommendations for improvements and tools. Maintain strict confidentiality and protect privacy of sensitive information. Manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously to establish priorities and meet deadlines. Communicate effectively with executive leadership, staff, and internal and external clients. Required Qualifications
- Bachelors' Degree
- 4+ years with proficient understanding in pre-press and print production techniques including color separations, color conversion/correction, profiling, trapping/bleeding of imagery, color rotation
- Experience using graphic design tools and software
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point), Visio, Outlook email and calendar
- Maintains strict confidentiality and protects privacy of confidential/sensitive information
- Exceptional time management and organization skills
- Ability to communicate effectively (verbal, written, and presentations) with executive leadership, staff, and internal and external clients
- Proactive; exercises sound judgment and decision making; able to identify problems and needs and develop solutions and/or options
- Self-confident, self-motivated polished professional who thrives in a challenging, fast-paced environment
