Technician

Diagnose vehicle problems based on customer complaints and perform service and repairs to customer units in accordance with manufacturer standards. Fix customer vehicles right the first time while ensuring cleanliness during and after repairs. Advise Service Advisors of needed additional repairs and recommended services. Participate in internal and external training and meetings as required by management. Achieve monthly target sales as determined by the Service Manager and maintain 100% utilization of required service forms. Observe proper procedures per manufacturer standards and keep abreast of new technical bulletins and product updates. Promote 5S and maintain cleanliness in the work area at all times.
