Technician - Global Imports MINI

Receive repair orders from the dispatcher and perform vehicle repair and maintenance work as assigned in accordance with dealer and factory standards. Diagnose malfunctions, communicate with the parts department, and document all work completed. Supervise apprentice technicians, attend factory-sponsored training, and keep the shop area clean while ensuring customer vehicles remain tidy. Road-test vehicles when required and notify the service advisor immediately if repairs cannot be completed within promised times or if additional safety work is needed. Maintain a high CSI and follow all safety policies, including hazardous waste disposal regulations.
