Technician - Flat Rate

Inspect and test vehicles to keep equipment available, performing preventive maintenance including engine tune-ups, oil changes, tire rotations, and wheel balancing. Diagnose operator complaints to repair engine failures, mechanical and electrical system malfunctions, and body damage while verifying serviceability through test drives. Comply with state requirements by testing engine, safety, and combustion control standards, then maintain vehicle appearance through cleaning, washing, and painting. Record all service and repairs, inventory stock, place orders, and troubleshoot shop equipment breakdowns. Maintain supplies and evaluate parts options to contain costs. Hold a NYS Inspectors License.
