Job Summary
Entry-level technician role performing meter reading, changeout and maintenance; line locating, leak investigation and repair; operation and maintenance of hydrants, valves and sewer facilities; vehicle upkeep, grounds and facilities maintenance, and various sampling and record keeping duties. Requires High School Diploma or equivalent, and within 180 days of employment obtain Class A CDL with air brake endorsement; Water Treatment D/DS1 or ability to obtain within first year. Work Monday–Friday 7:30am–4pm with On-Call rotation; location Branson, MO; field duties involve distribution systems, meters, and related equipment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Obtain Class A CDL with air brake endorsement within 180 days of employment
- Water Treatment D or DS1 or the ability to obtain within first year of employment
- Mechanical, plumbing, construction, water and/or wastewater experience preferred but not required
