Job Summary
Operate and maintain pressure washing equipment to clean surfaces at Walmart retail locations, including walls, sidewalks, roofs, and parking areas; evaluate areas to determine suitable pressure levels and temperature settings; remove dirt and debris following safety procedures; respond to work orders and maintain records/logs; perform safety and preventative maintenance checks on equipment; participate in general facility-related maintenance; requires 1-3 years of experience and a valid driver’s license; ability to work alternative shifts including overnights and weekends; education: high school diploma or equivalent; certifications in power washing or facility maintenance are preferred but not required; benefits include health, PTO, and other programs.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in the power washing/exterior maintenance industry
- Valid state-issued driver’s license
- Ability to work alternative shifts, including overnight and weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Hold a valid state-issued driver’s license with a clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) report
