Job Summary
Conduct general cleaning and housekeeping across designated areas, including road sweeping and internal/external site maintenance. Support landscaping activities such as watering, trimming, and irrigation monitoring while assisting with pest control and reporting infestations. Clean conveyors, transfer stations, and process facilities, ensuring proper waste segregation and disposal. Perform routine inspections to report defects and assist with basic MEP maintenance as directed. Safely operate cleaning equipment and machinery while maintaining accurate records and adhering to HSE regulations and permit-to-work procedures. Complete assigned tasks within work schedules and participate in toolbox talks and emergency drills.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, certificate, or equivalent qualification.
- Good knowledge of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) practices and the ability to work safely in an operational environment.
- Experience performing general housekeeping, cleaning, landscaping, and facility support activities.
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions and complete tasks efficiently within assigned timelines.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining clean, safe, and well-organized work areas.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and a proactive approach to reporting defects, hazards, and maintenance requirements.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.
