Job Summary
Ensure orderly daily operation of the facility plant; perform maintenance work orders and regularly scheduled preventative maintenance work; coordinate maintenance efforts between custodial and administrative personnel and any contractor/vendor related activities; maintain the plant to provide a safe, secure, and healthful environment for all occupants.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Five years’ combined experience in two or more major facility maintenance trades: electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, roofing; journeyman-level experience in at least one trade preferred.
- Valid Florida Driver License
