Technician

Tech role focusing on regular inspection and maintenance of client telecom/electrical rooms and other electromechanical facilities; provide real-time response and support to operations-related MEP services; assist with routine mechanical/electrical issues and provide risk-reduction recommendations; coordinate general maintenance requests, repairs, and on-site inspections; respond promptly and professionally to client complaints; conduct equipment checks to identify issues; oversee vendor management and on-site briefings during preventive maintenance; assist with access control for tasks with vendors; maintain stock records and support BMS operations; assist in purchasing consumables (lighting and fittings) to ensure adequate inventory; perform basic fault-finding in carpentry, electrical, ventilation, water and drainage; assist in event setup (arranging chairs/desks); comply with EHS regulations, use safety tools, platforms, and PPE; able to work independently and handle urgent calls; implement cost-saving plans as required; maintain professional attire and courteous attitude during daily operations.
